Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect, design, and implement scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and deliver high-quality products.
- Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and refactor code to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technologies: Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript (React/Vue preferred) and experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Architecture: Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, RESTful APIs, and database management.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
