Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable backend systems using microservices architecture
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP for performance and cost efficiency
- Lead code reviews and drive technical debt reduction initiatives
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and knowledge sharing sessions
- Design RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints for enterprise applications
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to accelerate deployment cycles
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in backend development with Python/Java/Go
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and database optimization
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
