Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using Node.js and AWS
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain engineering excellence
- Optimize system architecture for scalability and reliability (99.9% uptime SLA)
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging across full-stack applications
- Drive innovation through adoption of emerging technologies (AI/ML integration experience preferred)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Angular)
- Strong AWS ecosystem experience (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS)
- Proven track record with RESTful API design and implementation
- Deep understanding of database systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
