Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software applications using modern frameworks and languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define feature requirements and deliverables.
- Conduct code reviews, perform rigorous testing, and debug complex issues to ensure system stability and security.
- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experiences across various devices and platforms.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from architectural planning to deployment and post-launch monitoring.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java, with strong experience in React or Angular.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with database management systems (SQL and NoSQL) and RESTful APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
