As a key member of our engineering squad, you will drive architectural decisions and mentor junior developers, ensuring our products remain at the cutting edge of innovation.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Mentor junior engineers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize application performance.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (React or Vue.js preferred).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
- Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
