Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Go and Java
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using AWS and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design reviews
- Drive cloud migration projects with 99.99% uptime requirements
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement robust security protocols and compliance frameworks
- Contribute to open-source projects and patentable innovations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Go/Java preferred)
- Expertise in distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure)
- Proven track record delivering production-grade microservices
- Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with fintech or high-transaction systems
- Ability to lead technical projects without direct authority
