Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages (Python, Java, or Go).
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Lead code reviews, ensure code quality, and establish best practices for engineering processes.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimizing system performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least two core languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, C++).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
