Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while conducting rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Identify and resolve technical debt and performance bottlenecks within existing systems.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
- Ensure application security, reliability, and availability across all environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python or Java (Backend) and React or Angular (Frontend).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
