Job Summary:
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance software solutions. You will work closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into elegant, scalable code. This is a pivotal role where your impact will be felt across the entire organization.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure software architecture.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in languages such as Java, Python, or TypeScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex production issues.
- Drive the adoption of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, Go).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in an Agile environment.
