- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose hardware/software issues (Windows/macOS)
- Install/configure workstations and peripherals
- Document incidents in ticketing systems
- Assist with network connectivity troubleshooting

- Support office technology deployments
Qualifications
