Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and design patterns.
- System Design: Design robust, scalable, and secure system architectures that can handle high traffic and complex business logic.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and solve technical challenges.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation and API specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in a top-tier tech environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java or Python, with strong experience in React or Node.js.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Database Management: Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
