Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Architect and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern languages (Python, Go, or Java).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; lead rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices.
- System Architecture: Collaborate with system architects to design resilient microservices and cloud infrastructure.
- Problem Solving: Debug complex issues and optimize application performance and scalability under high load.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct technical trainings, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Agile Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-time role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Java, Go, or Node.js.
- Cloud & DevOps: Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for clean code.
