Responsibilities
- Architect & Implement: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Lead Innovation: Drive technical initiatives and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and architectural best practices.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze system bottlenecks and optimize database performance to ensure lightning-fast application speeds.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other engineers to translate complex requirements into technical realities.
- Code Review: Conduct rigorous code reviews and contribute to the team's technical documentation and standards.
- Testing & QA: Implement comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end) to guarantee system reliability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern languages such as Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and security.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
