Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for reporting.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and Excel models to support business intelligence needs.
- Create visual dashboards and interactive reports using Tableau or Power BI to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct weekly trend analysis and variance reporting to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate raw data into strategic business recommendations.
- Maintain data documentation and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data handling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably with a focus on reporting and business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server) and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data patterns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
