Responsibilities
- Monitor, detect, and respond to cybersecurity incidents using SIEM tools
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop and implement security controls for cloud/on-premises environments
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with NIST/CIS frameworks
- Create incident response plans and conduct tabletop exercises
- Lead security awareness training for employees
- Generate executive-level security dashboards and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with SOC/operations experience
- CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and network protocols
- Strong analytical skills and incident response expertise
- Ability to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 environment
