Responsibilities

- Lead the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from concept to delivery, ensuring best practices in coding and design.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, conducting code reviews and technical architecture discussions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and deliverables.
- Identify technical risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring system reliability and uptime.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend or full-stack technologies.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go and experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex systems under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
