What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Architect and Develop: Design, implement, and maintain high-performance software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; participate in rigorous code reviews to ensure maintainability and security.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and refactor code to improve scalability and performance.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and conduct technical training sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes to ensure rapid and reliable releases.
- Problem Solving: Debug complex issues and troubleshoot production incidents with a focus on long-term stability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Languages: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
- Frontend: Strong experience with React, TypeScript, or Angular.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Cloud: Experience with AWS or Azure (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
