Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Lead technical design reviews and code reviews to ensure best practices and high code quality.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other engineers to define product requirements.
- Optimize existing codebases for speed, reliability, and security.
- Drive technical decision-making and mentor junior engineers to foster their growth.
- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges and bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in modern languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
