Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application performance to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architecture design, and deployment.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with deep knowledge of backend architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable code in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
