Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software systems using modern technologies.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality across the team.
- Debug complex issues in production environments and implement effective, long-term solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering department.
- Participate in architectural planning and technology stack evaluation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go (must be fluent in at least one).
- Strong experience with React, Node.js, or AWS cloud services.
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
