Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-scale, distributed software systems using modern cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, and engineers) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a focus on performance and security.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture planning, and technical decision-making processes.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Identify and resolve technical debt and optimize application performance and scalability.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure robust software delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python or Java, with experience in React or Angular.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS or Azure.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
