Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure high-quality analysis.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical models and data strategies.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
- Monitor data pipelines and ensure data integrity across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
