Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud-based microservices using AWS/GCP
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent the company at tech conferences
- Develop CI/CD pipelines to accelerate deployment cycles
- Conduct security audits and implement best practices across codebases
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Python/Java/Go
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and database design
- Proven track record of mentoring technical teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and architectural thinking
