Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Java/Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using AWS/GitLab
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct rigorous testing (unit, integration, load) and debugging
- Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize technical debt

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering
