Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using AWS/Azure and container orchestration
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical reviews
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for secure government-compliant deployments
- Lead agile ceremonies and translate business requirements into technical specs
- Conduct advanced debugging and performance tuning for high-traffic systems
- Collaborate with UX designers to create intuitive interfaces for public-facing tools
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in full-stack development with JavaScript/Python
- Expertise in cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, Serverless)
- Strong understanding of security best practices for federal systems
- Proven track record delivering SaaS products with SLAs >99.9%
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance (sponsorship provided)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
