Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, QA) to define requirements and deliver features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Perform code reviews and contribute to the technical architecture of the product.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure team quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript (React/Vue preferred).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a distributed team.
