Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Architect microservices and APIs that are resilient, performant, and secure, adhering to industry best practices.
- Lead code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical debt to ensure optimal system uptime and user experience.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing to streamline the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on backend or full-stack engineering.
- Deep expertise in at least two of the following languages: Python, Java, Go, or C++.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, agile environment.
