Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, perform debugging, and ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices are followed.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least two modern languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, TypeScript).
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Arlington, Virginia upon offer acceptance.
