Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software code for scalable web applications and APIs.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning sessions.
- Debug complex issues and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth and standards.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong computer science background.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database management (SQL and NoSQL).
- Demonstrated experience in leading technical projects or mentoring junior team members.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
