Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using cloud-native technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize system performance and scalability through continuous monitoring
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and DevOps automation
- Document architecture decisions and maintain technical documentation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Java/Python/Go)
- Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
