Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using cloud-native technologies
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical documentation
- Optimize system performance and security across AWS/GCP infrastructure
- Lead agile sprints using Jira and Confluence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Python/Java/Go)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
