Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization with AWS and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Drive technical architecture decisions for scalable SaaS platforms
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize user experiences

Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in full-stack development with Java/Python
