Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
- Utilize SQL and Python to query databases, extract relevant information, and perform data modeling.
- Create compelling data visualizations and interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights effectively.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and business needs.
- Prepare and present analytical reports to stakeholders, translating technical findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy in all reporting deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Index/Match) is required.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of SQL or Python is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot anomalies in large datasets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a logical mindset.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities to explain complex data concepts to non-technical teams.
