Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-native applications using microservices architecture
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain 99.9% system uptime
- Contribute to open-source projects and stay current with emerging technologies
- Optimize system performance and conduct security audits
- Present technical solutions to stakeholders and lead architectural planning sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with Python/Java and modern frameworks (React, Node.js)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong background in RESTful API design and database optimization (SQL/NoSQL)
- Proven ability to lead complex projects with minimal supervision
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable system architecture and high-impact projects
