Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
- Perform rigorous data cleansing and validation to ensure high data quality and integrity.
- Communicate analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear presentations and documentation.
- Build and optimize SQL queries and Python scripts for automated reporting pipelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business questions into technical analysis.
