Role Overview:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will own key features from conception to deployment. You will mentor junior developers, influence technical strategy, and ensure our systems are resilient, scalable, and performant at scale.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using modern technologies.
- Lead architectural decisions and code reviews to ensure best practices and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Identify and mitigate technical debt while driving continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) improvements.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure system reliability and uptime.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and API design (REST/GraphQL).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Redis).
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
