Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code through rigorous code reviews and unit testing.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize existing systems for speed and efficiency.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of software architecture patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
