Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-scale software solutions using modern architectures.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements.
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability for future growth.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust debugging solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go (React/Node.js preferred).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Deep understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and RESTful APIs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a distributed team.
