Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance, scalable software applications using modern web technologies.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of microservices and cloud-native solutions.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement robust monitoring and logging strategies.
- Drive technical debt reduction and refactor legacy codebases to improve maintainability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on backend or full-stack engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to writing clean, testable, and efficient code.
