Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Problem Solving: Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and implement efficient, scalable solutions.
- Testing: Create unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and robustness.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on Remote work environments.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, or Python. Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile: Experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a remote setting with high autonomy.
