Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-quality software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, and QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, ensuring rigorous code reviews and adherence to coding standards.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and scalability to handle high traffic and complex data loads.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster a collaborative engineering culture.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture design, and deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and RESTful API development.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
