Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to ensure a clean and reliable data warehouse.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and PowerBI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Present complex data findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
- Automate reporting workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimental design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about data quality.
