Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architecture design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define feature requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
- Conduct code reviews, perform debugging and troubleshooting, and optimize application performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team through code reviews and pair programming.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions that drive business value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent years of relevant professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, with a focus on full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, or a similar modern frontend framework.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed, remote-first team environment.
