Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and software systems using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, and other engineers) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews, perform unit testing, and debug complex issues to ensure high system stability.
- Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to technical strategy and roadmaps.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
