Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, and other engineers) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex software issues to ensure system stability and optimal performance.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
- Conduct technical research and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong proficiency in at least two of the following: Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
