Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, technical planning sessions, and architectural discussions to ensure code quality and system stability.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring 99.99% system uptime.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend or full-stack engineering.
- Proficiency in at least two major programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (SQL, NoSQL).
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
