Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and high code quality.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in real-time.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Python.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database design (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud services (AWS/GCP).
- Demonstrated experience in CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
