Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-availability software applications and APIs.
- Lead architectural decisions and perform code reviews to ensure best practices and code quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on backend or full-stack technologies.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Python, Java, Go, or Node.js.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
