Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers in an Agile environment to define feature requirements.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct technical training sessions, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.
- Performance: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and implement optimizations to improve speed and reliability.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure product stability and reduce technical debt.
- Deployment: Participate in CI/CD pipelines and release processes to ensure smooth deployment of new features.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills with a track record of solving complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Flexibility: Ability to work effectively in both remote and in-office settings as required.
- Tools: Experience with Git, Docker, and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
