Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software systems using modern architectures.
- Lead code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical decision-making processes.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring minimal latency and high availability across all environments.
- Implement robust security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a modern programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Java, or C++).
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and lead sprint planning sessions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
